Data Centre Training CDCDP™ - CDCMP™
With over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications training industry, we provide the most relevant and real life data centre training courses available in the UK and EMEA regions. Our Data Centre courses and facilities are accredited by the largest number of independent organisations of any communications training provider in the UK, these include City & Guilds, BTEC (Edexcel), and BICSI.

All the Data Centre Courses have been fully updated to take into account the requirements of the 2009 EU Code of Conduct on Data Centres Energy Efficiency.
The Data Centre training courses we have developed are accredited by Edexcel, the largest awarding body in the UK and mapped against the NQF (National Qualifications Framework) and therefore will allow individuals and companies to cross reference the level of each course against the national framework which is produced and published by the QCA (Qualifications Curriculum Authority*).

Our Data Centre training suite includes the first ever internationally recognised BTEC Awards in Certified Data Centre Design and Certified Data Centre Technician. In addition to these qualifications we have additional courses covering Management, Power, Cooling and Efficiency.

We believe that the content and outcome of our training courses are the most important factors, qualifications are important but they must be relevant to the individual, the company and ensure that the learning outcomes are achieved. We monitor very closely the feedback we receive from our delegates and 99.2% rate our Data Centre Suite of courses as either very good or excellent.

With between 40% and 90% of network downtime or failure attributed to the human factor in the Data Centre environment, is it any surprise that so many organisations are looking too identify how to resolve this costly issue.

Our portfolio of Data Centre training courses is suitable for the following groups of people:

  • Existing engineers who wish to update and add skills to their current knowledge
  • Existing engineers who wish to gain a qualification to verify their competency
  • New entrants to the industry who wish to gain the appropriate knowledge in order to secure employment
  • Sales staff who need to understand the issues facing their customers
  • Maintenance staff who may need to perform on site maintenance and repair
  • Project managers and supervisors
In the following pages you should find all the information you need to identify the correct Data Centre course and qualification but If you do have any further questions then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will promise to give you the most accurate and up to date advice possible
